We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting and infrastructure services. Specific SLA terms are provided in individual service agreements. Downtime for scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.

6. Data Backup and Security

While we implement industry-standard security measures and perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend keeping offline copies of all critical data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website remain the property of Debug or our licensors. Custom work developed specifically for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Debug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
